Rachel Callahan is a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach who believes meaningful, lasting change begins with collaboration, individualized support, and evidence-based strategies. She is committed to making effective behavior-change services accessible to people across the lifespan, regardless of their age, diagnosis, goals, or the challenges they are facing.
Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas and her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. With more than 14 years of experience across diverse areas of practice, she brings a broad, practical perspective to helping people build valuable skills, overcome barriers, improve their health, and create meaningful changes in their everyday lives.

She understands the challenges of limited time, competing responsibilities, self-doubt, and struggling to stay consistent because she has experienced them herself. Now, as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach with specialized training in prenatal and postpartum fitness, Rachel helps others create healthier, more sustainable lifestyles that work in real life.

Finding the right provider for your loved one can be difficult. Rachel brings more than 10 years of experience supporting adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, dementia and age-related changes, traumatic brain injuries, stroke-related needs, genetic conditions, and birth-related injuries.
She has extensive experience supporting adults with significant behavioral challenges, including individuals who may have struggled to find appropriate services elsewhere. Rachel also works with adults seeking more individualized support with social skills, independent living, vocational development, community participation, and other meaningful life goals.
Whether the priority is reducing challenging behavior, developing social skills, preparing for employment, or increasing independence, Rachel provides practical, individualized support designed around each person’s needs and quality of life.
Please note that at this time, Rachel only accepts private pay and Medicaid waivers such as the Home and Community Based Services (HCS) waiver.
